At idn89, we believe that entertainment and safety go hand in hand. Every player on our platform — whether you are following BRI Liga 1 odds in Jakarta or enjoying togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) in Surabaya — deserves the tools and information to keep their gaming experience positive, controlled, and free from harm.
Our Commitment
Protecting our players is not a regulatory checkbox — it is a core part of who we are as a platform.
Gambling — whether it is sports betting, live casino, togel, or slot gacor (high-payout slot machines) — should always be a form of entertainment, never a financial strategy or a way to cope with stress. idn89 is committed to providing a safe and transparent environment where players can enjoy our services within limits that work for them.
We recognize that a small number of players may develop unhealthy gambling habits. For that reason, idn89 invests in practical, easy-to-use tools that any player can activate immediately — at any time of day or night, every day of the year. Our responsible gaming framework covers deposit limits, loss limits, session time-outs, full self-exclusion, and reality-check alerts.
All of our responsible gaming tools are free, voluntary, and take effect promptly. Activating a restriction is always easier than removing one — cooling-off periods are designed to prevent impulsive decisions from being reversed too quickly. If you ever need to speak to someone directly, our support team at idn89 is reachable around the clock.
This page applies to all players registered on the idn89 platform, regardless of whether they are located in Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, Medan, Makassar, or elsewhere in Indonesia. Please read it carefully alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
